Shipping Companies:

We primarily use USPS, UPS, and DHL for domestic shipping. International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS, Asendia, and other trusted carriers. For international deliveries, your local postal service may handle the final leg of shipping.

 

Packaging:

ClothsProfessionally folded and inserted into self-sealing poly mailers with UV protective coating. Large orders use corrugated boxes.
PostersHand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra-thick triangle boxes or tubes.
TapestriesPoly-bagged with a suffocation label and shipped in approved mailer bags or boxes.
MugsPackaged in a corrugated cardboard box for protection during shipment.
Car MatsShipped in a cardboard box that stabilizes and protects the product during shipment.
Phone CasesPackaged in a peel-and-seal mailing envelope tightly secured for excellent protection.

 

Order Tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase, followed by tracking information as soon as your order ships. (If you do not see these emails, please check your spam folder.) Note that for international orders shipped from our USA warehouse, tracking may not be available once the package leaves the United States.

 

Customs and Import Taxes:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable to their country. Auto Art Apparel is not liable for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs processing.
