• Do you offer shirts or hoodies for women or kids?
  Yes, we can create custom products for women and children upon request at no extra charge. Contact us to place a special order.
  
  
• Can I customize my order or have the print on the back?
  Absolutely! For prints on the back, leave a note with your order. For other customizations, such as adding some text, please contact us directly. Additional charges may apply.

Returns and Exchanges

• Can I return or exchange my order?
  We accept exchanges for flawed, damaged, or incorrect items due to our error. Claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery.
  
  Returns or exchanges are not accepted for:
  • Incorrect size (please refer to the size guide before ordering).
  • Dissatisfaction with fabric texture or color (colors may vary slightly from website images).
  • For lost orders, claims can be made within 15 days from the estimated delivery date.

Order Changes and Cancellations

• Can I cancel or update my order?
  Orders can be canceled or updated if they have not yet been shipped or entered production. Contact us as soon as possible.

• How long does it take to ship?
  Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days, though this may extend during holidays.
  
  
• What if my order hasn’t arrived?
  If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us to investigate the order status.
  
  

• What if I entered the wrong address?
  Contact us immediately if the order hasn’t shipped. If it’s returned to us, re-shipping costs will be your responsibility.
